Kitchens
Full gut through final trim — cabinets, counters, tile, lighting, and the electrical and plumbing behind them.
A kitchen touches almost every trade in the house. Cabinets set the layout, but the work underneath them — moving a gas line, re-running circuits for an induction range, levelling a floor that has settled — is what determines whether the finish holds up. We handle the whole sequence rather than coordinating around someone else’s.

Bathrooms
Waterproofing first, finishes second. Full-height tile, curbless showers, and vanities built to the room.
Most bathroom failures are waterproofing failures, and they show up two years after the tile looks fine. We build the substrate and the pan to hold water before anything decorative goes on top. Stone and large-format tile need a flat, properly prepared wall — that preparation is most of the job.

ADUs
Accessory dwelling units from design and permit through framing, finish, and final inspection.
California ADU rules changed substantially over the past few years, and what a city will approve is not always what the state allows. An ADU is a small house: foundation, framing, roof, a full electrical service, plumbing, and its own kitchen and bath. We work with designers and engineers to get a set of drawings that will actually pass, then build it.

Additions and remodels
Room additions, structural changes, roofing, windows, flooring, and whole-house remodels.
Opening up a wall or adding a room means dealing with what is already there — a roof line that has to tie in, a beam that has to carry a new load, a foundation that has to be extended. This is the work where the drawings and the house disagree most often, and where twenty-six years of seeing how homes in this valley were built actually matters.

Seeing it before it's built
On ADUs and additions we work from renderings so you can look at the thing before anyone pours a footing. These are design visualisations — not photographs of completed work.
